1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Juvra’s websites, software, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Juvra provides AI-driven automation tools, contract drafting assistance, document management systems, and related SaaS solutions. Some features may use machine learning and automated decision-making. Our Services also include SMS text message communications for booking confirmations and appointment reminders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.

4. Account Registration and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. AI Use & Output Disclaimer

Our Services may include AI-generated outputs, analyses, or recommendations. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. All users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material for accuracy and appropriateness. Juvra disclaims liability for reliance on AI outputs.

6. Data Ownership and Rights

  • Client Data: You retain ownership of all content, documents, or data you upload (“Client Data”).

     

  • AI Training: Juvra does not use Client Data for external model training or public datasets.

     

  • License: You grant Juvra a limited license to process and store Client Data solely to deliver the Services.

     

  • Retention: Client Data is retained as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Fees and billing cycles are displayed during checkout or in your service plan. Payments are due per agreed terms. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
– Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes;
– Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Services to build competing AI products;
– Upload unlawful, confidential, or third-party content without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, models, interfaces, and content developed by Juvra are proprietary. Except for Client Data, Juvra retains all IP rights. Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of Juvra’s technology.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Juvra processes personal information under its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
– Juvra’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
– Juvra is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

12. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” Juvra disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may seek relief in small-claims court. Users may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of acceptance by contacting legal@juvra.ai.

14. SMS and Text Messaging

Juvra may send you SMS text messages related to your use of the Services, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. By providing your phone number and requesting a booking through our website, AI assistant, or other intake methods, you consent to receive these transactional text messages.

14.1 Message Frequency. You may receive up to 5 transactional messages per booking interaction. Juvra does not send promotional or marketing text messages.

14.2 Opt-Out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also opt out by emailing privacy@juvra.ai or calling +1 (979) 985-2749.

14.3 Help. For assistance with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message or contact us at privacy@juvra.ai.

14.4 Costs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Juvra does not charge any fees for SMS messages.

14.5 Consent Not Required. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any Juvra service.

14.6 Carrier Disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

14.7 Privacy. Your phone number and SMS consent data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

15. Updates and Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
