Automated processing is assistive only — AI outputs support human review and do not constitute legal advice.

Clients retain full ownership of their data and uploads. Juvra retains data only as long as needed to provide Services or as required by law. Clients may request deletion anytime via privacy@juvra.ai. Juvra does not use client data for external AI training.

6. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
– Service Providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Apollo.io, hosting and payment processors);
– Legal Authorities when required by law.
Service providers include Twilio (SMS messaging), Google (Sheets, Calendar), and standard hosting and analytics tools. All processors operate under agreements consistent with GDPR Article 28 and U.S. privacy standards.
7. International Transfers
If data is transferred outside the U.S. or EEA, Juvra applies adequate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.

12. SMS and Text Messaging
12.1 Consent. By providing your phone number through our website, AI assistant, or booking forms, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Juvra, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.
12.2 Message Frequency. You may receive up to 5 transactional messages per booking interaction. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
12.3 Opt-Out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may also contact us at privacy@juvra.ai or call +1 (979) 985-2749 to opt out.
12.4 Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at privacy@juvra.ai.
12.5 Data Use. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the requested communications. We do not sell, share, or use phone numbers or SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes or share them with third parties for their marketing use.
12.6 Service Provider. SMS messages are sent via Twilio, a third-party messaging platform. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content solely to deliver messages on our behalf, subject to their privacy policy.
12.7 Costs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Juvra does not charge for SMS messages.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or website notification. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
