1. Purpose

This statement provides transparency regarding Juvra’s use of artificial intelligence (AI) within its products and services. It informs clients, partners, and regulators about model usage, data handling, and human oversight measures in accordance with Juvra’s Responsible AI & Human Oversight Policy and applicable U.S. AI governance guidelines.

2. Overview of AI Use

Juvra’s AI systems are designed to:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and summarizing contracts and policies;

  • Automate repetitive document workflows;

  • Analyze and classify text for compliance or governance tasks;

  • Support internal knowledge management and audit functions.

All AI functionality is assistive — it supports, not replaces, human decision-making.

3. Model Design and Operation

  • AI systems are trained using licensed, anonymized, and internal datasets only.

  • Client Data processed through Juvra platforms is never used for external model training.

  • Models are evaluated for accuracy, bias, and reliability at least annually.

  • All material outputs are reviewed by humans before publication or delivery to clients.

4. Accountability and Human Oversight

  • Juvra maintains a Responsible AI Committee that oversees governance, bias testing, and ethical compliance.

  • All AI-assisted outputs include a notice stating they do not constitute legal advice and require human validation.

  • The Committee reports directly to executive management and documents all model audits and evaluations.

5. Data Privacy and Protection

Juvra’s AI systems comply with:

  • GDPR (Articles 5–30);

  • CCPA/CPRA;

  • FTC AI Transparency Guidance.

Client Data is protected using encryption, anonymization, and strict access controls. Data subjects may request deletion or correction by contacting privacy@juvra.ai.

6. Ethical Use and Limitations

Juvra prohibits the use of its AI systems to:

  • Generate or assist in unlawful, discriminatory, or deceptive practices;

  • Replace professional legal judgment;

  • Create, store, or distribute harmful or unauthorized content.

Users must comply with the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy when using AI features.

7. Model Transparency and Versioning

  • Major model versions and updates are documented and archived.

  • Material changes in AI capabilities or data sources will be disclosed at https://juvra.ai/legal/ai-disclosure.

  • Clients may request a summary of current model specifications and training data sources by written request.
